Can I have reduced the size of my front teeth?

Hey I've had a big problem with my confidence since I lost my teeth, I got some decent large incisors which I've had in langtid now and it really destroys your confidence. Thought it was possible anywhere to get nedslæbning or cutting the teeth?, I'm 18 talking about 0.5mm - 1cm off.
