Can you appeal against a tooth whitening?

    Question:

I've been to the dentist and have made a "whitening". When the dentist had done it all ready and had put lights on, he said that I just had to tell if it started to hurt. After approx. 5 min with a light on it starts to do really hurt my teeth and it freezes. As the dentist was just decamped to other patients and had closed the door, I could lie and shout as much as I wanted without help. (As much as it is now possible with such a thing in your mouth). When it finally did get one they find out that the plastic stuff they had put in my mouth was firmly in place so that the gel had come out of my lips which made quite painful. They had to remove everything and stop bleaching. Now my teeth clearly tarnished and I still have pain (aching) and I am truly sorry. I do not think that I have received a fair deal - also looks awful my teeth out.

What should I do - can I complain?
