    Question:

    Hello
Just read the article on syreskader . I drink approx. 1 liter of tea a day. Half of the time pushing my lemon in. Can it be also in the long run provide syreskader?
I eat an orange every morning - it would be better for my teeth if I ate melon or similar? I am 55 years old and have beautiful teeth.
    Thank you in advance.

    Answer:

    Dear Suzanne,

The in itself does not syreskader as it has a neutral pH value. When you put lemon in your tea, you lower the PH value, which may give syreskader on the teeth. But using this once in a while will not harm the teeth. If you eat oranges every morning, I'd limit it and supplement it with a neutral fruit, as you are touched on, for example. melon. Addition, do not brush your teeth after eating or drinking anything acidic. Ask your dentist if you have syreskader on your teeth if you are worried.

Hope you can use my answer.

    Sincerely
