Pain at the change to plastic fillings

Question:
I have changed all my old fillings with plastic. It is soon 3 months ago and I still have pain in most of the mouth. It is usually at the udskiftnig to plastic fillings or should I consult my dentist?

It is very common that the teeth can be sore after a new plastfyldning. Some of the symptoms up to 6 months and the other will never be symptom-free. If this has great genes, the tooth probably rodbehandles. It is always a good idea to seek out a dentist if you are in doubt or in pain. I don't know how many fillings it is in your case, but maybe tyggefladen be adjusted, if you chew too hard on the teeth, it can also cause symptoms.

Remove visdomstand close to bihulen

Hello.
I am going to the dentist on Thursday, and ha (fol.a.)removed the last visdomstand. It is filled with holes. My dentist says it sits close to the bihulen... I suffer from dental phobia and have already hurt in the stomach. It sounds really creepy!!
Is there some ricici – as my dentist will not/have told me...??? Evs. in order not to make me more afraid???

No there is not some particular risks of removing a tooth which is close to the bihulen. It is important that the dentist takes precautions regardless of how the tooth is. In some cases, he get a hole in the lining of the bihulen, if the tooth is so close. But it is not something that is dangerous. And when you get among other things some precautions you should follow after tandudtrækningen, and then grow it well together again. It is certainly not something you should be afraid of.

Yellow teeth with age

I am a man of 43 years old, and is the last few years, started to get yellow teeth. I don't smoke and drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day.
My wife has recommended me to buy a tandblegningssæt for 499 crowns. But I do not feel comfortable with the process myself.
What do you recommend I should do to get whiter teeth?

It is quite natural that the teeth become gulere with age. It may partly be due to the coffee, but it can easily be removed by the annual teeth cleaning at the dentist or the hygienist. I think it would be a good idea to get your teeth assessed by a dentist before they are bleached. Also seems that it is much better to get them bleached professionally, than to begin to experiment yourself.

There is a natural explanation that I have very bad breath, and can the dentist do something to alleviate the bad breath?
I have excellent oral hygiene and also use dental floss regularly.

There can be several causes of bad breath. In the jargon we call it the foetor ex ore or Halitosis. But before you seek out medical care towards the bad breath, you should be aware that I do not mention the general lack of fresh breath, most of us have in the morning. But severe bad breath which can be a daily problem for many of us. This kind of bad breath affects approximately. one in five of us at one time or another in our lives. So it is in no way an uncommon problem.
It is very annoying and can come from the oral cavity, the sinuses, the nose and even from the stomach and intestinal tract. So it would be a good idea to speak with your own dentist to rule out that the smell comes from the teeth and the mucous membrane in the first place. You may want to. get a consultation of a private doctor to an ear, nose and throat doctor. If there is something wrong with the first mentioned things you can be examined by a medications.

Treatment options in crack in molar

What treatment options are there ?
It consists of the following:
1 crack in a molar in the mouth.
The crack is horizontal around 1 of the 4-headed extremely at the tip just above the old dental fillings but the tooth. The tooth has an old sølvfyldning in the middle.
I'm not particularly crazy about having drugged and drilled, is the only option a new crown ?

It is a little difficult to answer your specific case, whether it is necessary with a crown. In some cases, if the filling is relatively small, you can just put a new filling in the plastic. Talk to your own dentist about the possibilities in just your case, also about that you are not so happy about the anaesthetic and treatment.

Hello!I've been at the dentist.I tend to a little undershot and the slider of my front teeth on the back quite strongly, and tyggefladerne.
The dentist said the solution was to raise the bit so the front teeth don't wear out.There were 14 crowns in overmund.
The dentist modelerede plastic on my teeth and found a height up so slulle put crowns on.Then he was apparently cold feet for he sleb then all plasticen of my teeth and that it was no good I should instead have a brace of the same robustness as a bite splint glued on to the tyggefladerne and the back of the front teeth.Now I have gone with the plastic glued on the teeth for about 4 months. and it is certainly not pleasant with such a rigid tandkasse.
now if I should have sealed a tooth with plasticen. I also can not use dental floss.
I must say that it has helped my headaches to raise my bite (had headaches 4-5 days a week)

It is a little difficult to comment on such a specific case like yours. But you can easily raise the bite with crowns, but 14 dollars sounds a little violent.
Ang. plastikskinnen, so you can deal with a removable splint, which the patient walks with a piece of time to find the correct bite height again, but I don't know of anything to glue them firmly on the teeth, which I find inappropriate and this compromises your oral hygiene much.
I would recommend you to speak with your dentist as soon as possible about the treatment plan he has made, perhaps. seek out another dentist for a new vocational assessment. You are also always welcome to consult tandlægeskolerne in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

You can whiten your teeth a few times without damage to the enamel. However, it is best to get whitened teeth in a dentist, for the best possible to avoid damage by the bleaching.
There are a few things you should take into account before one can give a definite price on bleaching, and it also varies from dentist to dentist. But you must reckon with approx. 2.500-3.000 dkk. for the actual whitening. If you have old plastic fillings in front teeth need to these evs. be changed in the field, as they do not whiten along with the teeth. So is the treatment the more expensive.

I have a number of older sølvfyldninger as I am considering to switch out with the plastic fillings since I think it looks nicer.
The old fillings are not particularly visible but can be seen when I laugh and some of them are quite large.
What considerations should I make before I make the investment in a whiter smile?

It would be best to speak with your own dentist. Then together lay out a treatment plan over the fillings that are necessary to change and what can wait. Then you can take one after the other, without it being too expensive. It can be an expensive affair to change the sølvfyldningerne out to the plastic.

Since I have many sølvfyldninger and just for 5 min.ago has cracked yet another tooth I could like to hear about the dentist know about the state/municipality will cover my tandlægeregnig when I am about to be tired of that should have changed the teeth out with someone in the plastic.Have not had a gap in my teeth since I left primary school for a number of years ago and at the time only go to the dentist without having holes and be drilled and have filled the silver in my teeth.Have a hard time believing I can be the only one with this problem.This is just a polite inquiry.

I can well understand why you are frustrated. But the teeth wear out too with age, and it is quite normal that they break with time, especially when they have been drilled in before. The cause may be dental caries or infraktion in the tooth.
You can seek local authority about grants for dental care. So you must together with your dentist create a treatment plan that says what treatments are necessary and how much they cost. This must be included when you apply for grants. It is individually where/ or if we get some money for treatment, and this is taken into account what income you have.
