Problems with to get the anesthesia to work

Question:
Now I have the last several times at the dentist, where I have been stunned experienced that my body is starting to shake inside, get heart palpitations and feel tired and heavy.
They can never really stun me where I should be, maybe after 2 – 3 – 4 attempt, whereupon I saw one really bad. My dentist says it is nothing to do with the anesthesia to make. The last few times it's gone really wrong (I think even)
The previous time was my whole face numbed my lip and my eye hung, I might not blink, and really just not notice half of my head.
Now here the last time, I thought just it was there, but slowly disappeared, the feeling in my throat and finally I could not swallow.
When I almost flew up out of the chair and tried to explain to my dentist it, laughed at he little and said that it was not stunning to blame.... Øhhh well...
In an hour and a half I went and spat out because I'm not ku swallowing (the times I tried to smoke it wrong and had to cough and hack it up again)
I might sound quite squeamish, but even I can hold to much.
Now I stand so here soon and need to have made a root canal, but honestly.... Has very little desire for are afraid of what happens the next time.
So maybe my question is whether there are options other than local anesthesia??
Is it possible I can not tolerate it or what is it that happens?
My dentist has a pretty good reputation, and many of my acquaintances go to the dentist there.

Dear Jeannie,
Talk with your dentist about the evs. use nitrous oxide. Some times when the anesthesia does not work, it may have something with the nervousness to do, take the evs. 2 panodiler before going to the dentist, it can help you to calm down. It can also be due to infection in the area, which makes it difficult to numb the tooth.
It is very common that you feel a little heavy in the area where you will be stunned, but it is a little difficult to answer specifically on your issue.
Regarding the palpitations, then due to the epinephrine in the anesthesia, it is not dangerous. Ask the dentist next time if you do get anaesthetic without the adrenaline, it can be you get, the less the discomfort of the.

Use bideskinne and have pain in the kæbeled

I am 51 years old and is extremely troubled by the pain in my kæbeled, use bite splint at night, but does not help. have undershot and wry bites, there is never any dentist who has spoken on any kind of treatment, what do I do for my dentist turn it over with that there always comes something with age ????

It was a very interesting question.
Sygesikringens grants for dental care varies and is, on average, 30 % of the price, which is deducted from the patient's expense. But there are many factors that come into play, among other things, collective bargaining, policy initiatives metres.v. So I am unfortunately not able to give you a clear-cut answer on.

The dentist works so uncomprehending facing my pain

I think, actually, that my pain threshold is ok high – has given birth to 3 children without anesthesia and made a part of the dentist in the last few months. also without anesthetic
But av av av I have such a toothache and have had it for almost a week and a half now Trying to say to myself that it's just nonsense and now I must take me along, but it makes just as evil
I got a month and a half ago drilled two deep holes out and made a pulpaoverkapning (ie. she was trying to get the nerves to pull himself together).
In Wednesday's bored she had them so completely out – the nerves had not withdrawn as was hoped – but it all looked fine and sealed, she had them. She could not give any guarantee that it would succeed, and that in the long term could end up with a root canal – but she was VERY optimistic.
But since then I've just had an evil evil evil I was down there on Friday again and she gave me some penicillin and so she believed that she otherwise, just that it had to have something calm It all looked fine and it does not hurt when she turns on the teeth – it would apparently do, if the nerve has been damaged.
However, she tried to paint one of the teeth, since my root was very devoid
I will also say, it's been a bit better – but not violent much.
The first few days I took 2 * 600 mg. ibumetin – however, the dentist felt that if there was something wrong, had I had no need for painkillers 4 times a day.
Now settle I to take one in the morning – but it has still hurt in the evening, however, may well fall asleep for the
If I don't take the pills, ie. when I wake up in the morning ranging in the tooth and I can'T drink/eat anything cold at all – it hunts SO much in it, so the tears are rolling And even though I take one pill in the morning, “forget”, unfortunately, I to drink during the day and is so afraid of the pain (think sku I end up with to lose me here)
Feel so pylret, of the dentist seems so unsympathetic (is really really sweet, so that is not the way) to the pain
Be down there tomorrow again – but it is to get a second hole

Can well understand that you are frustrated. You must make reservations for my answer, because it is a little difficult to comment on such a specific question.

Use of the pacifier after 3 years of age

Our daughter is still very dependent on his pacifier. And we as parents are very hard to take that comfort and needs from her. We were at the dentist for 4 months ago. As was her tandstilling fine. However, the dentist recommended that she should not use the pacifier after his 3 birthday. It is now two months ago and we believe that her sucking needs are still very large.
How important is it that we take the pacifier from her. And what are the consequences of not doing it at 3 years of age, as recommended by the dentist?

We always recommend that the child stop using the pacifier at 2-3 years of age and preferably before it fills the 4 years. The older the child becomes , the harder it is to wean from the pacifier. If the child uses the pacifier over 3 years of age, it can develop an open bite (the front teeth when not one the other, there is air between), overbid (undermundstænderne stand further back than normal) or krydsbid (undermundstænderne when out of overmundstænderne in the pages). That seen in particular, tend to overbid by children who use the pacifier beyond 3 years, if the child develops a tungeuvane, this can overbid to deteriorate.
You must take up the fight. Here is some advice for how. In may possibly. deliver sutterne to the dentist, sometimes they have a “Suttetræ” or branch they are hanging them up, possibly. can i “send” the pacifier to santa claus or another baby who needs them:) You can also let the be with to take the pacifier from the child and instead make the less attractive, by cutting the tip of it, together with the child. This can then continue with, once a week, until there is only the shaft left. Try evs. to smear go your fingernail on.

It is the absolute last resort when you choose to put a patient in the general anesthesia. There are other forms of treatment of dental phobia, blah. hypnosis, acupuncture or premedication with a sedative before each treatment. There are certain dental clinics around the country that offer general anesthesia. Of course it would be best for you in the future to be treated by a private dentist without a general anesthesia, so try and talk with your dentist about what it is you're so afraid of.

Pain at the change to plastic fillings

I have changed all my old fillings with plastic. It is soon 3 months ago and I still have pain in most of the mouth. It is usually at the udskiftnig to plastic fillings or should I consult my dentist?

It is very common that the teeth can be sore after a new plastfyldning. Some of the symptoms up to 6 months and the other will never be symptom-free. If this has great genes with her, the tooth probably rodbehandles. It is always a good idea to seek out a dentist if you are in doubt or in pain. I don't know how many fillings it is in your case, but maybe tyggefladen be adjusted, if you chew too hard on the teeth, it can also cause symptoms.

Remove visdomstand close to bihulen

Hello.
I am going to the dentist on Thursday, and ha (fol.a.)removed the last visdomstand. It is filled with holes. My dentist says it sits close to the bihulen... I suffer from dental phobia and have already hurt in the stomach. It sounds really creepy!!
Is there some ricici – as my dentist will not/have told me...??? Evs. in order not to make me more afraid???

No there is not some particular risks of removing a tooth which is close to the bihulen. It is important that the dentist takes precautions regardless of how the tooth is. In some cases, he get a hole in the lining of the bihulen, if the tooth is so close. But it is not something that is dangerous. And when you get among other things some precautions you should follow after tandudtrækningen, and then grow it well together again. It is certainly not something you should be afraid of.

Yellow teeth with age

I am a man of 43 years old, and is the last few years, started to get yellow teeth. I don't smoke and drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day.
My wife has recommended me to buy a tandblegningssæt for 499 crowns. But I do not feel comfortable with the process myself.
What do you recommend I should do to get whiter teeth?

It is quite natural that the teeth become gulere with age. It may partly be due to the coffee, but it can easily be removed by the annual teeth cleaning at the dentist or the hygienist. I think it would be a good idea to get your teeth assessed by a dentist before they are bleached. Also seems that it is much better to get them bleached professionally, than to begin to experiment yourself.
