Concern ang. treatment of gingivitis

Question:
Hi,
I am a girl of 17 (soon 18) years of age living in Aalborg.
Recently told my dentist to me that I have gingivitis. Therefore, I've got a soft brush, flossing and the order to rinse the mouth 2 times daily in khlorhexidin in 14 days. I do all the above things, and have made it in 5 days. But my problem is that I think my gums look very irritated, it bleeds and a sore. In some places, particularly around the hjørnetønderne, it seems to be particularly bad. It is as if the gums in some places seems to have been “torn up” almost like an abrasion. It looks “raw”. I think it looks like my gums in some places have pulled back more, so more of the tooth is exposed. It is not particularly sore, besides when I brushes it, and it bleeds not so much as it has done.
But I'm pretty concerned about whether I am doing something wrong. I'm not trying to brush, neither too hard or too soft. My concern is maybe a little bit unfounded, but I think a lot of it, and hope, therefore, that there is someone who can help me.

Has just got the pull a visdomstand out, it was not quite as it should, a small piece of root he could not get free, and he was afraid to push it up in the jaw, he did not think it would hurt that it was sitting, what do you think ?

Swollen gums

Question:
Hello
I have a boy of 13 years where his gums are swollen.
He has no evil in it but synsmæssigt it doesn't look pretty.
He has had it for many years and we have always been told of dentistry, that it will disappear if we push the (forsigttigt) on it. But nothing has helped.
What can we do to remedy it

If the gums are raised in general, it is typically a sign of gingivitis. This is due to a lack of oral hygiene. I suspect that the dentist has recommended to you is that you should brush your teeth better and incl. the gums.
If your son improves his oral hygiene, should the problem disappear by itself.

My daughter has megaoverbid/crooked teeth in overmund, has been røntget to the hangers but nothing happens, yes, kept going with the older kids ska first, can this be true,the other for the braces on for a single tooth in her class,while she genres of her and also has trouble with the ku brush them correctly. ???

If your daughter has so big problems and have much to be directed at. Is she in a completely different situation than her classmates.
There is a difference when you go in and fix teeth. If she has big deviations, it is a major treatment and require that it involves her growth. But I think you should ask her dentist if you are in doubt.

Removed visdomstand, but no stitches?

I got operated on a visdomstand out today, who lay almost horizontally in the jaw in the right side. I have not particularly hurt, I can chew and talk without problems, but is very sore up under the jaw, also when I turn the head. It is well, what you can expect after an intervention, but I have read others ' feature, and it seems as if they have all been stitched? I'm not – it bleeds part, if I sneeze or tensing my abdominal muscles and there is a huge black hole down the right side of my undermund. It is necessary to be stitched after such an operation is a little nervous with regard to the intake of, for example, cola, as I have a close relationship with (I'm familiar with acid injuries, so it is not a part of my question), but are there any types of food or drinks that do not come in the open crater?

It is very common that you will be stitched after an operation. But your dentist has the well rated to the evs. was not necessary in your case. You should seek out the dentist again if you are uneasy. But you must like to drink Cola 🙂

Can rodbetændelser (residues after already rodbehandlet teeth)cause bodily unrest, heart palpitations, mm, I can't find an external cause on the + to ledinflamation after sportskader will not all? On røgentbillederne is that ifl. my dentist is very little inflammation to see, so he does not believe it can have meaning, when I don't have major pain. I feel daily a murmur and a keg. I've got a feeling it may hang together, since I generally heal fine and are in fine fórm. I'm thinking that I must have pulled them out, which of course is a big decision on the sensations... It has been going on for at least half a year.

No I don't believe it. But it is not healthy to walk around with a chronic inflammation. But a half year is very short time to take such a drastic decision to get several teeth pulled out. I think you should work with your dentist to take a decision and evs. only observe these teeth for at least 1 year more.

Should I not be offered a crown?

I've got a molar rodbehandlet in nov.2009, and this weekend, ie. 19. feb. 2010 is the tooth broken. I must see if I can get an emergency appointment with the same dentist in the morning, which has made rodbehandlingen. Here comes my question: Since the plastfyldningen in the tooth is quite big, should I then not be offered a crown on the tooth, it can I read that most one recommended? Could the tooth have been saved, for I foresee that it must now be pulled out.

It is difficult to answer specifically on your question. It is not certain that the tooth would survive longer with a crown on. It is always assessed individually for each tooth. After a root canal treatment will the dentist most often have a period of observation on the rodbehandlingen of approx. ½ Years before the crowning of the tooth. So I estimate that your dentist has acted correctly.

Should the tooth be made for the 3. walk or be dragged?

I got for approx. 2 years ago rodbehandlet my rear molar.Have nothing the label for the ago, but sat outside with the actual plompen in the hand yesterday.My question is, then, whether something happens by not sitting on.Or whether I should get it again for the 3rd time or if I just should have pulled the tooth out,since I soon will not sacrifice more money on it,it cost 12000 kr.

Should the dentist grinding on a healthy tooth?

I have been diagnosed with syreskade on a molar in the undermunden. That was put lacquer on as well as a plastfyldning on top of the old, because there was a hammock, ie. a large recess in the filling. When the dentist had to grind the filling, was the filling to be too high. When the opposite tooth in the mouth not filling and the dentist said that there was much enamel on the tooth, sleb she the healthy tooth to make room for the filling. Is it the correct way to do it? I think it seems wrong to grinding on a healthy tooth without a filling.
Therefore, I ask whether it is the correct approach.

Can you remove a temporary crown?

I have made crowns for my front teeth for cosmetic reasons. Since the one unfortunately is skewed and is 3 mm longer than the other, I must have made them. When I got them fitted for approx. 5 weeks ago, we agreed that they were cemented temporarily, so I could get used to them, and only correct if it was necessary.This proved to a be a good idea, as they now must change, but I'm somewhat concerned as to whether you possibly can remove them again without it going out over my own teeth sitting in it. The crown feels as though they are sitting very firmly, I feel. Maybe it's silly to worry about, but it plagues me however part. I have no idea what the dentist has used to cement with.Thank you in advance.

It looks not good when your tooth has gone loose now, get it checked at the dentist with the same. If it must be pulled out, it is, of course, painlessly, under local anesthetic. If there is to crown and pin is the price approx. 8000 kr., requires about. 2-3 visits to the dentist.
