Can root canals be avoided by changing lifestyle?
Question:
Hey.
Do you think the dentists never about root canals can be avoided by conversion of dietary and life habits such as smoking, lack of exercise?
I've had many root canals, the first as a teenager and since then the teeth just not been in order and are now about to fall apart into small pieces, fordii no longer enough tooth and no blood supply to the teeth.
There must and will be able to do something that is better. Who besides me interested in it.
Sincerely
Susanne
Answer:
Dear Suzanne,
No it can not if the damage is done and your nerve has been damaged. But the transformation of the diet is a good idea to avoid tooth decay.
Hope you can use my answer.

No, the answer can not I use to something, after which there was no answer to my specific question whether there are other than I am interested in whether there are other options. But I interpret that he who does not do and do not know about others.
I have contacted dentists, many dental colleges, but the problem is of course that as long as no one really wants to change that form of treatment, so there is nothing in dentistry. Artificial teeth and fillings can only be a problem. Similarly, the hair growth and waxes can also be possible that the teeth again grow. It is said course by the way also that the teeth which do not have the resistance of a tooth to above or below the height of the grow.
Of course there are alternatives.

Hello Merethe klinkwort.
Thanks for your communicativeness.
A few days ago I took the final decision never to leave the responsibility for my teeth condition to another person, just as I do not ovrlader responsible for the rest of my body and general health status to others - not even doctors.
Too many 'children, the dentist the first physician-educated Authority meetings - even early in life where they can experience a violent interference with their private-sphere with pain as a result.
For many years I tried to get Danish dentists in speech. I have contacted the schools of dentistry and questioned me about the research in dental care and alternatives to silver amalgam and composite fillings, bone structure even thought, but from what or whom.
It is more than a decade since I first took away my toothbrush from the toilet room, since I started cooking it several times a week until I have thrown it out.
Plastic with color is today permitted by the Danish health authorities, something that barely allowed as toys!
I might read that book, but avoid the dentist's drill and bridges, etc.. is my continuing resolution.
The cracks in the dental enamel, so as hell believe that there is one hole after another.
The tremors from the living can have a disastrous effect.
The diet I have converted many years ago, to include vegetable, organic foods that provide energy and rapid digestion.
Are you interested in sharing your experiences with me, I would like to hear from you.
