    Question:

I have made a root canal in my tooth, and when this began to crumble, I made a crown instead (in the month of February 2009). Now I have got an infection in the same tooth, which has developed into a large tooth abscess. It has been incredibly painful and has been on the pencilinkur and pain. I have today (d. 7/9-09) has been at the dentist and get told that it is a gum disease. I have now examined Netdoktor, what this is because and that is that the cause of gum disease is to continue hiding dead tissue and thus the bacteria in the rodkanalens nooks. It will then say that the dentist in the dawn of time has not made my root canal well enough. Can it be right that I should pay for a tandrodsbehandling, or closer to the operation??? It is when those who have not done their crafts well enough, which caused my problem today. There must be a form of guarantee. Hope you can answer my question. With friendly greetings f
    ra a frustrated Sisse...

    Answer:

    Dear Sisse,

There is usually no warranty on dental treatment. Your dentist has probably made his job properly, but there are limits to where we can reach with our instruments. There is one more main canals in the roots according to the tandtype we are talking about. And there are also these small bikanaler where we can't reach with rodfilen. Some times it is so unfortunate that there will be infection in them. The only way to reach them is via this small rodoperation.

Hope you can use my answer.

    With kind regards

Ang. tandrodsbehandlinger as there apparently is a margin of error of 15-20 percent(15% according to my own dentist), a margin of error which can result in gum disease. Of gum disease which one can go with in a long time (chronic inflammatory state), without being aware of it, and that is extremely stressful for the heart.
My wonder and question is, why do we not do this of know, when well-meaning dentists believe that they can “save” or avoid to pull the tooth out, with this treatment as there is this margin of error, and with risks to heart health, why do they do not the patient aware of it. That alone should be reason enough to make a complaint. There is wide disagreement among dentists with exactly this issue, and there are many dentists who believe that, on this basis, should not make tandrods-cleanings, but instead should remove them.
Another thing is that a tandrods-treated tooth as it is a dead tooth is more brittle and therefore breaks make it easier to tooth enamel, and then you have to again fork out money to get a multiple-leveled filling. This causes you not to know (I was not made aware of it). I am very tired of this way you as a patient is being duped, and my credibility in the eyes of these irresponsible dentists are not very big. Add says I just!

Yes sorry, but I thought that this treatment of the teeth and the patient's health is unacceptable. And I would like to know how it can possibly pay to make a complaint out of it.
      With kind regards

I could not be more agree with Ole, it is deeply reprehensible that they udlader to tell about the risks.

I struggling even with a root canal that was made by a real klamhugger. And will just have pulled it out, I have after the treatment even found out where sundhedskadeligt it is to have a rodbehandlet tooth in the mouth.

I suffer still with the pain, discomfort, aching, hurt by the use of tooth, ache after the use of tooth, bad migraine, throbbing in the jaw, swollen gums after over 1 year.

If anyone has a good recommendation for a good and honest dentist so is the welcome.

Ang appeal so one has often seen people who have been smashed teeth and won appeal but still haven't been paid the compensation.

I have even made a root canal, without getting any know about any risks. It has been the most painful I have tried in my 33 year life. Both during treatment and after treatment, pain, discomfort, throbbing, itching, migraine has now lasted for over a year. I would like to have torn it out, since I don't have the desire to have a dead tooth in the mouth. And subsequently found out where health harmful it is to have rodbehandlede teeth in the mouth. WHY DON'T THEY NOTE THIS??

My problem is now that I have no confidence have for any dentists, and those I've talked with, whether they are holistic or not, advocates for health root canals without proper information to the patients. So what do you do? Anyone have a recommendation for a good and honest dentist in zeeland you can talk with? Who is interested in true health, without fluorine and fluorskyldninger as the answer to everything.

I like Ole deep outrage at how people in Denmark are treated as a patient of dentists.
